Manage layout and redesign for the CFLP website.
Take advantage of a system-wide Drupal upgrade to rebuild the CFLP website, ground up. Use newly available components to create a website that’s more intuitive and user-centered.
The CFLP’s site had been long overdue for a major refresh, and once the opportunity arrived, there were no shortage of suggestions for improvements. To turn them into an orderly, actionable punch-list, I had the team determine primary user personas, and rank issues based on relevance to those user types. We then conducted user-tests to further identify priorities and pain-points. For the redesign itself, I used Miro Board to build a dynamic sitemap, and organized tasks for each page using Trello.
